Leadership Team
Timothy Miller
Timothy Miller, best known as the television host of The Car Guy Show, is a commercial real estate entrepreneur, national award-winning magazine publisher and television producer. He brings extensive vision and creativity to every development.
Through his successful media communications firm, Madwest Media (MWM), Tim produced luxury, consumer enthusiast lifestyle publications, including GrandLuxe, Beverly Drive and Modern Lifestyles magazines. His national automotive publication, American Driver, was awarded one of the “Hottest Magazine Launches” by the magazine industry.
Over the years, Tim has interviewed and worked with a who’s who in the motorsports and automotive world. Including the likes of legends Carroll Shelby, Mario Andretti, Bret Redmond, Vic Elford, Dan Gurney, Roger Penske, Phil Hill, Sir Stirling Moss, A.J. Foyt, Jim Hall, Alois Ruf, Johnny Rutherford, Corky Coker and many more.
Tim has participated, promoted, sponsored and produced national and regional luxury lifestyle events and automotive enthusiast events across the country. He brings this extensive publishing, broadcasting, and marketing background and event experiences to each development providing a unique perspective and vision for exciting and successful projects.
B. Diane Butler
B. Diane Butler was the co-founder and previously executive chairman and chief executive officer of Butler Burgher Group (BBG), a leading national due diligence commercial real estate firm. She has more than 30 years of commercial real estate expertise in valuation, consulting and feasibility studies.
Diane received the prestigious “Michael F. McAuley Lifetime Achievement Award” from the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and Real Estate Professionals in 2021. She served as Chairman of TREC (The Real Estate Council) and previously was Chairman of TREC FightNight and Chairman of the TREC Foundation.
She was the CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) National President in 2012, received the “CREW Entrepreneurial Spirit Impact Award” and was honored nationally as a “CREW Distinguished Leader.” Diane was also recognized by Real Estate Forum among “Women of Influence in CRE,” honored by Commercial Property Executive as a “Top Woman Executive in CRE” and included multiple times in D CEO Magazine‘s “Dallas 500” among “Top Commercial Real Estate Executives.”
She was born in Alligator, Mississippi, but as the saying goes, “got to Texas as fast as she could.” Diane has a bachelor’s in business administration with a double major in finance and real estate from Mississippi State University. She holds the MAI, FRICS and CCIM designations.
